Discord Garden collects and stores the following information when you use the Bot:

Discord User ID — to associate your garden, inventory, and profile data with your account.
Discord Username — for display purposes in profiles, leaderboards, and gift notifications.
Game Data — your garden state, inventory, coins, XP, level, upgrades, challenges, and related gameplay progress.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Bot's features — tracking your garden, inventory, XP, and enabling interactions like gifting and referrals between users. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Bot's functionality.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Game data (such as profiles and gardens) may be visible to other users through Bot commands as part of normal gameplay.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you use the Bot. If you would like your data deleted, join our Community Server and contact us — we will remove your profile and all associated data.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
